4. Environmental Issues

The above 4 encompass all of what impacts your overall health. Notice that genetics is not listed. We will be discussing in more detail why that is not the 5th pillar in the education on this site. Except for some very rare diseases, genetics simply does not play the role that people think it does UNLESS one of the above pillars is out of balance. Much more about this in the site.
